Experienced Trial Lawyer |
| Leland Reinhard is an experienced trial lawyer having practiced in the field personal injury trial law for over thirty three years. He is a 1976 graduate of the Baylor University School of Law where he served as an associate editor of the Baylor Law Review. As a law student he was the recipient of the Judge Claud Williams Award for excellence in Trial Advocacy and was selected to represent Baylor Law School in National Mock Trial competitions. |

Board Certified |
Mr. Reinhard is Board Certified in the field of Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has been elected by his peers to membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been a frequent speaker at legal seminars and law schools throughout the State of Texas. He has also been a featured speaker at legal seminars in North Carolina, Massachusetts, Canada, Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arizona, Washington D.C. and Maine. Mr. Reinhard is also a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.
His office is located on the town square of Cleburne, Texas. Cleburne is located in Johnson County, Texas in Central Texas thirty five miles south of Fort Worth. |

Skilled and Well Prepared |
Mr. Reinhard has tried personal injury matters in a number of courts in North Central and East Texas. As evidenced by his Board Certification he has demonstrated special competence in the field of Personal Injury Trial Law.
In 1995 the Fort Worth Court of Appeals was called upon to review the record of a jury trial in one of Mr. Reinhard’s cases. A favorable verdict had been obtained for an accident victim and a dissatisfied insurance company chose to appeal. The Fort Worth Court of Appeals upheld the verdict. In a published opinion the Court described Mr. Reinhard’s efforts in that particular case as those of a “skilled and well prepared” advocate.
Specifically, in speaking of Mr. Reinhard as well as his opposing counsel the Court stated “The overall impression left upon review of the entire record is that both sides were represented by skilled and well prepared counsel...” Bevers vs. Soule, 909 S.W. 2d 599, 602-603 (Tex. App.- Fort Worth 1995 no writ). Mr. Reinhard attempts to bring this same skill and preparation to each case that he handles. |
